Bereiding

    Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C (350°F) boven- en onderwarmte. Bekleed een bakplaat (26 × 38 cm) met bakpapier.

    Klop de eieren, suiker, vanillesuiker en zout in 5 minuten luchtig.

    Zeef de bloem, maizena en het bakpoeder erboven en spatel voorzichtig door het beslag.

    Verdeel gelijkmatig over de bakplaat en bak 10 minuten.

    Stort het biscuit meteen op een met suiker bestrooide theedoek, trek het bakpapier eraf en rol losjes op. Laat afkoelen.

    Klop de slagroom met de suiker en klopfix stijf.

    Spatel de stukjes framboos er voorzichtig door.

    Rol het biscuit uit, verdeel de slagroom gelijkmatig en rol het weer op.
