Zubereitung

    Den Backofen auf 180°C (350°F) Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Ein Backblech (26 × 38 cm) mit Backpapier auslegen.

    Eier, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Salz 5 Minuten schaumig aufschlagen.

    Mehl, Speisestärke und Backpulver darübersieben und vorsichtig unter den Teig heben.

    Gleichmäßig auf dem Backblech verstreichen und 10 Minuten backen.

    Sofort auf ein mit Zucker bestreutes Küchentuch stürzen, das Backpapier abziehen und locker aufrollen. Auskühlen lassen.

    Die Sahne mit Zucker und Sahnesteif steif schlagen.

    Die klein geschnittenen Himbeeren vorsichtig unterheben.

    Den Biskuit ausrollen, die Sahne gleichmäßig verstreichen und wieder aufrollen.

    Kleine Sahnetuffs aufspritzen, jeweils eine Himbeere daraufsetzen und mit Puderzucker bestäuben. Eine zarte, fruchtige Biskuitrolle, die genauso schön aussieht, wie sie schmeckt!
