    Den Ofen auf 175°C (350°F) Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Ein Muffinblech für 6 Stück mit Papierförmchen auslegen.

    Die geschmolzene Butter mit Zucker, Vanille, Eiern und Milch verrühren. Mehl, Backpulver und Salz nur kurz unterrühren, bis alles gerade eben vermengt ist, dann die Apfelwürfel unterheben.

    Die Muffinförmchen etwa ⅔ - ¾ hoch füllen.

    Quark oder ungesalzenen Frischkäse mit Zucker, Eigelb, Speisestärke und Vanille glatt rühren. Auf jeden Muffin einen großzügigen Klecks setzen.

    Die Apfelscheiben darauf verteilen, mit den Mandelblättchen bestreuen und zum Schluss den Zimtzucker darübergeben.

    Bei 175°C (350°F) 25-30 Minuten goldbraun backen.
