Zubereitung

    Die Milch in einem Topf erhitzen, ohne sie aufkochen zu lassen. Eigelb, Zucker und Speisestärke in einer Schüssel glatt rühren.

    Die warme Milch unter ständigem Rühren langsam zur Eigelbmasse gießen. Die Masse zurück in den Topf geben und bei mittlerer Hitze unter ständigem Rühren eindicken lassen.
