    Mehl in eine Schüssel geben und in der Mitte eine Mulde formen. Hefe mit etwas Milch und Zucker in die Mulde geben und kurz anlaufen lassen.

    Die restlichen Zutaten (Milch, Butter, Ei, Salz) dazugeben und zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten (etwa 8-10 Minuten).

    Abgedeckt 60-90 Minuten gehen lassen, bis sich der Teig verdoppelt hat.

    Den Teig in 9-10 gleich große Stücke teilen und zu Kugeln formen.

    Jede Kugel zu einem kleinen Rechteck ausrollen.

    Einen Teelöffel Aprikosenmarmelade in die Mitte geben und dünn verstreichen.

    Von der langen Seite her zu einer kleinen Rolle aufrollen.

    Die Rolle längs in der Mitte durchschneiden, sodass die Schichten sichtbar werden.

    Die beiden Stränge vorsichtig miteinander verdrehen (Schnittseite nach oben).
