Our guarantees
On top of your statutory rights, Food with Style gives you two voluntary guarantees on every baking pan you buy at food-with-style.com, both for 10 years from the date of purchase: the 10-year warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship. The non-stick guarantee covers the non-stick performance of the coating, even if it wears off over time.
10-year warranty
What it covers: We guarantee that your baking pan stays free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase. This applies to the whole pan, including the coating, the enamel base and the clamp.
What it doesn't cover: normal signs of use and wear, and damage caused by incorrect use or care, commercial use, knocks or drops. If the non-stick performance wears off, the non-stick guarantee covers that.
What you get: If there is a warranty claim, you get a free replacement part or a new pan of equal value, at our choice.
Non-stick guarantee: terms and conditions
What it covers: We guarantee the non-stick performance of your pan's double non-stick coating for 10 years from the date of purchase. This also applies if the non-stick effect wears off through normal use. If your bakes stick to the coated surface during this time even though you used and cared for the pan correctly, because the coating has lost its non-stick effect, is peeling or is blistering, you get, at our choice and free of charge, a replacement part or a new pan of equal value, a repair, or store credit for the purchase price.
The non-stick guarantee only applies with proper use and care, meaning
- you bought the pan yourself at food-with-style.com (original buyer) and can show proof of purchase, for example your order number or invoice,
- you used it as intended, at home, for baking in the oven,
- you greased it thoroughly before every bake, and
- the non-stick coating has no mechanical damage, meaning no scratches, cuts or dents.
It doesn't apply
- with commercial use or incorrect use, for example on the stovetop, on the grill or over an open flame,
- if the pan wasn't greased before baking,
- if the coating has mechanical damage, meaning scratches, cuts or dents, for example from knives, other metal utensils, knocks or drops,
- if the pan went in the dishwasher (exception: the enamel base of the springform pan is dishwasher safe),
- after cleaning with abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or steel wool,
- after overheating above 230 °C (440 °F).
Purely cosmetic signs of use, such as slight discoloration that doesn't affect the non-stick performance, are not a guarantee case. The enamel base of the springform pan has no non-stick coating. It is covered by the 10-year warranty.
How to make a claim
Email us at support@food-with-style.com within the guarantee period with your order number or invoice as proof of purchase and photos of the affected area. We'll review your request, get back to you and sort out the rest.

Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights under the legal guarantee remain unaffected and are not limited by these guarantees. You can exercise them free of charge, whether or not there is a guarantee case and whether or not you make a guarantee claim.
