- For the Blueberry Filling
- For the Crumble
- For Dusting
Directions
-
1
Cream butter and sugar, then mix in the egg yolk. Add flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and salt, and knead into a smooth dough. Chill briefly.

-
2
Heat the blueberries with lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan. Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 tsp cold water, stir it in, and bring to a short boil until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.

-
3
Rub flour, sugar, and butter together with your fingers until crumbly, then mix in the chopped almonds.

-
4
Roll out the dough, cut circles (about 8 cm Ø), and place them into small tartlet molds – without pressing up the edges.

-
5
Spoon the blueberry mixture onto the dough circles and sprinkle with crumble. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) top/bottom heat for about 28–30 minutes, until the topping is lightly golden.
-
6
Let cool completely, carefully remove from the molds, and dust with powdered sugar. Soft, fruity, and beautifully crisp on top – a simple treat that tastes like pure summer bliss.
