- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a muffin tin with paper liners for 6 muffins.

In a bowl, whisk together all liquid ingredients: vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, milk, cream, and yogurt.

In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently mix. Stir just until no dry flour is visible. Be careful not to overmix.

Gently fold the cornstarch-coated blueberries into the batter.

Fill the prepared muffin cups about 3/4 full.

Bake the muffins for 8 minutes, then reduce the heat to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Continue baking for another 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
