Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roughly chop the white chocolate if it’s not already in chip form.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture and stir until a dough forms.

Gently fold in the chopped white chocolate and dried blueberries.

Using a tablespoon, drop small portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between the cookies as they will spread while baking.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
