- For the Puff Pastry
- For Decoration
Directions
-
1
In a bowl, mix a bit of milk with cornstarch, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and sugar.

-
2
Heat the remaining milk until warm. Slowly stir the warm milk into the prepared mixture.

-
3
Pour the entire mixture back into the pan and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat until the custard thickens. Allow to cool.

-
4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

-
5
Roll out the puff pastry and roll it up again from the longer side to form a new roll.

-
6
Cut the roll into approximately 3 cm wide pieces. Press the dough pieces into small molds and push the sides upward to compensate for any sinking in the oven.

-
7
Bake the puff pastry around 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then remove from the oven, lightly press the center, and let it cool.

-
8
Fill the cooled puff pastry with vanilla custard using a piping bag.

-
9
Decorate the pastries with blueberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds.

-
10
Dust with powdered sugar according to your preference.
