- - 155 g blanched ground almonds
- - 200 g marzipan
- - 75 g powdered sugar
- - 25 g flour
- - 1 tsp baking powder
- - Zest of 1 small organic lemon
- - 1 egg white

- - 3-4 drops of bitter almond flavor
- - Blanched sliced almonds for rolling
Directions
